Developer Chip Eng Seng bought the 2.4ha site for $419.38 million or $761 psf ppr. The project is Grandeur Park Residences. The project is near Tanah Merah MRT Station, Changi Business Park and Singapore University opf Technology and Design.
Frasers Centrepoint bought the 1.93ha site at Siglap Road for $624.18 million which works out to be $858 psf ppr. The plot is near future Siglap MRT Station, East Coast and schools.
GuocoLand bought the plot of land at Martin Place for 1.6 ha site for $595.1 million which works out to be $1,239 psf ppr. The site is near future Great World MRT Station.
Market watchers are keenly watching one of the the new confirmed list at Woodleigh Lane. This site is in the city fringe right next to the Woodleigh MRT Station and right next to the upcoming Bidadari new town.
